Recently, Michael was “Dean” of Innovation for Gap, Inc. – leading innovation and creativity across all their brands, leveraging the talent of 30 innovation leaders and 2000 innovation catalysts. Michael has gathered insights from hundreds of ethnography sessions, providing creative fodder for dozens of innovation initiatives. He’s led brand strategy, design-thinking, insights and innovation projects for Levi’s, Gap, Banana Republic, Starbucks, General Mills, Google, and several food brands.
