Marketers often rely on survey data, but surveys are usually awful. Awful surveys yield bad data. Bad data leads to poor decisions. The good news is that making surveys easier and more enjoyable for respondents isn’t difficult. By applying UX thinking to surveys, we can make surveys less burdensome for respondents and produce more accurate data for better marketing decisions.
