He has extensive experience with large enterprise marketing teams, especially in the Healthcare and Financial Services industries. Jason works with clients by focusing on measurable outcomes that anchor CX strategy in complex, business-critical environments. He also is a believer in the importance of analytics enablement to help unlock the value of measurement strategy and drive organizational maturity.
